- Follow your facility's packaging, labeling and sign-off procedures first
- Document each hand-off (time, place, who received it) with a chain-of-custody mindset
- Keep items secured and separated from unrelated cargo
- Keep patient information out of texts, emails and general tools

Pricing
Rates on request. Every quote is built from distance, timing, stops and handling, and confirmed before pickup.
Medical pricing is built from urgency (STAT, same-day or scheduled), distance, number of stops, wait time and handling (for example, temperature-controlled). Scheduled routes are usually priced per stop with a route-day minimum. After-hours and weekend runs cost more. How pricing works.
