Track a delivery

Enter your job ID (like IE-2047) or paste the tracking link from your confirmation.

Job IDs look like IE- followed by numbers. Tracking links are private, and a link expires two hours after delivery.

Live tracking is coming soon. It's being connected to the IXpress app. Until then, your courier sends updates directly at pickup and drop-off.
